CrowdStrike has expanded its Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) go-to-market strategy across Japan and Asia Pacific (JAPAC), aiming to increase access to its Falcon® platform for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). With this move, the company is accelerating AI-driven cybersecurity adoption while strengthening its regional partner ecosystem.
To support this expansion, CrowdStrike has deepened its strategic partnerships with Dicker Data and Otsuka Corporation. Through a distributor-led aggregation model, these partnerships enable faster onboarding of MSSPs at scale. As a result, partners can deliver managed security services more efficiently, bringing enterprise-grade, AI-powered protection to SMBs that often face resource and budget constraints.
Moreover, this approach simplifies access to advanced cybersecurity tools. By leveraging distributor marketplaces with flexible billing options, MSSPs can quickly develop and deploy tailored security offerings. Consequently, SMBs across the region can adopt modern security solutions without the complexity typically associated with enterprise platforms.
According to independent research from Canalys, the model also delivers strong financial incentives for partners. For every $1 spent on the Falcon platform, partners can generate up to $7 in services revenue. Therefore, CrowdStrike’s services-led ecosystem not only enhances security outcomes but also drives profitability and long-term growth for channel partners.
“Distributors and MSSPs are pivotal to scaling CrowdStrike’s reach across JAPAC and helping organizations modernize their security for the AI era,” said Jon Fox, vice president of channels and alliances, CrowdStrike Japan and Asia Pacific. “Budget constraints, complexity, and resource limitations continue to challenge businesses, with SMBs experiencing these challenges at greater scale. Together with our partners, we are expanding access to the AI-powered protection that enables organizations to stay focused on their core business.”
In addition, regional partners highlighted the growing demand for accessible cybersecurity solutions. “Cybersecurity continues to be a key growth driver for the ICT channel, with many SMBs needing access to additional capabilities to defend against modern threats,” said Vlad Mitnovetski, executive director and chief operating officer of Dicker Data. “Together with CrowdStrike, we’re enabling MSSPs to deliver AI-powered protection that helps businesses strengthen security and reduce complexity in an increasingly challenging threat landscape.”
Similarly, Otsuka Corporation emphasized the value of integrating CrowdStrike’s platform into its service offerings. “Otsuka Corporation welcomes CrowdStrike’s MSSP go-to-market expansion across the region to provide customers with security services that deliver real value,” said Yoshihiro Tokura, Managing Corporate Officer, Otsuka Corporation. “Through our partnership with CrowdStrike, we are enabling SMBs to seamlessly strengthen their security with our Rakuraku EDR Premier service, which combines the Falcon platform with SOC support services from our Tayoreru Security Operation Center. By delivering the AI-powered protection required to defend against today’s cyber threats, together we are helping SMBs focus on growing their businesses.”
Ultimately, as cyber threats continue to evolve and SMBs face increasing pressure to secure their operations, CrowdStrike’s expanded MSSP strategy positions its partners to deliver scalable, AI-powered cybersecurity solutions across the JAPAC region.
