Cynomi has unveiled a major upgrade to its platform with the launch of AI Insights and co-worker Agents, aimed at helping managed service providers (MSPs), MSSPs, and vCISO practices scale cybersecurity expertise and service delivery. The new capabilities expand Cynomi’s “CISO Intelligence” framework by embedding advanced decision-making logic directly into workflows. With the addition of AI-powered agents, the platform now delivers real-time insights, generates client-ready outputs, and automates key processes across the cybersecurity service lifecycle.

The launch comes as service providers face increasing pressure from both a shortage of experienced cybersecurity professionals and rising client expectations for strategic advisory and proactive risk management. Cynomi’s approach is designed to address these challenges by transforming expert knowledge into a scalable, software-driven capability.

According to Reut Roich, Vice President of Product Management at Cynomi, the new AI Agents make CISO-level expertise accessible across teams, enabling users to move beyond task execution and deliver higher-value strategic guidance.

Unlike traditional tools that apply AI to isolated tasks, Cynomi introduces a unified intelligence layer that spans both service delivery and business operations. The platform’s co-worker Agents simulate a virtual security team, including roles such as CISO, Auditor, Analyst, and Executive Communicator.

Each agent contributes specialized capabilities strategic prioritization, compliance validation, execution planning, and communication of security insights in business terms. This model allows organizations to shift from manual content creation to expert validation, improving consistency and quality without increasing senior staffing levels. The system can automatically generate policies, remediation plans, and executive reports tailored to each client, while also explaining risks and recommended actions in real time.

Cynomi’s platform is built around four core principles ease of use, empowered expertise, operational efficiency, and growth enablement. By embedding intelligence directly into workflows, the platform eliminates the need for separate tools or manual prompts, enabling teams to work more efficiently. The automation of routine tasks reduces time spent on manual processes, allowing teams to focus on higher-value activities. At the same time, the platform connects security insights to business outcomes, helping providers identify new opportunities and expand their services.

The latest release represents a step toward Cynomi’s broader vision of autonomous cybersecurity operations. The company aims to enable service providers to define workflows and have reports, insights, and deliverables generated continuously in the background, ready for audits, reviews, and client engagements.

CEO David Primor stated that the goal is to make cybersecurity delivery independent of staffing constraints by embedding expertise directly into the platform. This approach allows every team member to operate with the judgment of an experienced CISO across all client engagements With this advancement, Cynomi is positioning itself at the forefront of AI-driven cybersecurity platforms, enabling service providers to scale operations, improve service quality, and drive business growth in an increasingly complex threat environment.
