Splashtop has officially introduced a unified IT operations platform designed to streamline endpoint management, security, remote support, and remote access within a single console. As a result, the company is expanding beyond its well-known remote access solutions and moving deeper into endpoint administration and security workflows.

At the core of this innovation lies what Splashtop describes as autonomous endpoint management. In other words, IT teams can define policies once and seamlessly apply them across multiple devices through automation. Moreover, the cloud-native and AI-assisted platform helps organizations reduce their dependence on multiple tools for patching, monitoring, support, and threat response.

Notably, Splashtop is targeting internal IT teams and managed service providers (MSPs), especially those handling large volumes of distributed devices with limited resources. Instead of juggling multiple systems, users can now monitor device health, patch status, vulnerabilities, and remediation actions through a centralized dashboard.

Endpoint-Centric Capabilities

To begin with, the platform operates using a single agent installed on managed devices alongside a unified administrative console. Consequently, IT teams can centrally control patching, enforce configurations, and execute phased rollouts while quickly identifying issues that require attention.

According to Splashtop, many organizations are already leveraging these capabilities to replace manual patching processes. Additionally, some are integrating the platform alongside tools like Microsoft Intune or transitioning away from legacy systems that have become costly and complex to maintain.

Furthermore, the platform enhances visibility across operating systems, third-party applications, patch levels, and compliance status. AI-driven insights generate CVE summaries using vulnerability data, release notes, and community intelligence, thereby enabling faster risk assessment and prioritization.

Integrated Support and Remote Access

Beyond endpoint management, the platform tightly integrates remote support and remote access functionalities. For instance, IT teams can analyze device performance and instantly initiate support actions or updates from the same interface.

In addition, the system allows background fixes, bulk updates, and diagnostics without disrupting employee workflows. It also extends support capabilities to mobile and unmanaged devices, ensuring broader coverage across modern workplaces.

Meanwhile, the same agent enables employees to securely access their work systems remotely. Splashtop’s adaptive codec technology further optimizes remote sessions by adjusting performance based on network conditions.

Security and Operational Convergence

Equally important, the platform bridges the gap between IT operations and security. It integrates threat intelligence from leading cybersecurity providers such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, and Bitdefender directly into the console. Consequently, IT teams can correlate security alerts with endpoint remediation workflows more efficiently.

This unified approach eliminates silos between security and operations teams. At the same time, integrated antivirus and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools combine threat data with device health and compliance insights.

Mark Lee, chief executive officer and co-founder of Splashtop, said the company built the platform in response to the convergence of endpoint management and security.

“Today the endpoint is where IT operations and security intersect, yet most teams are still stitching together tools to keep systems secure and running,” Lee said. “We built this platform from the ground up to reflect that reality, bringing endpoint operations, security insight, and remote workflows into one operational environment where teams can automate routine work, focus on what matters most, and act quickly. For twenty years, we’ve listened to and learned from organizations that trust us to deliver secure, high-performance remote access and support, and this launch represents an important milestone and evolution for Splashtop.”

Finally, Splashtop confirmed that it will offer the platform through endpoint-based pricing. Additionally, it emphasized that the solution is designed for easier deployment compared to traditional large-scale IT management systems.
