LogicMonitor has partnered with Chillisoft to accelerate its expansion across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). Through this collaboration, LogicMonitor gains direct access to Chillisoft’s well-established regional cybersecurity channel network, thereby strengthening its footprint in the Asia-Pacific region.
Moreover, this agreement marks Chillisoft as LogicMonitor’s first dedicated distributor focused on observability and AI-driven IT operations. Both companies will adopt a partner-led approach, enabling them to reach resellers, consulting firms, and managed service providers more effectively. As a result, Chillisoft will distribute LogicMonitor’s platform across Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific, while continuing to offer technical support, pre-sales consulting, and managed services, including managed detection and response.
Notably, Australia and New Zealand already rank among LogicMonitor’s strongest markets outside the United States. Therefore, the company now aims to boost adoption of its platform among organizations managing hybrid infrastructures, cloud ecosystems, internet-facing systems, and digital experience environments.
Channel Strategy and Market Expansion
In addition, the partnership introduces a two-tier distribution model. Under this structure, Chillisoft will collaborate with resellers, consultants, and managed service providers, who will then deliver LogicMonitor solutions to end customers or operate them within multi-tenant setups. This model reflects a common strategy among global software vendors entering the ANZ market without building large in-country teams.
“Chillisoft’s vendors are growing quickly; however, they don’t have large in-country teams. Many are being asked to deliver strong growth year on year without significantly increasing headcount. That’s where Chillisoft comes in. We operate as an extension of the business, often to the point where the lines between vendor and distributor become seamless,” said Gavin Lawless, Chief Executive Officer Australia, Chillisoft.
Furthermore, Lawless emphasized that onboarding LogicMonitor expands Chillisoft’s capabilities beyond cybersecurity into observability and IT operations.
“LogicMonitor brings Chillisoft an AI-first platform for Autonomous IT, unifying visibility from user to code across infrastructure, cloud, Internet, and digital experience. This strengthens our ability to support partners with end-to-end visibility across the infrastructure environment, an increasingly critical requirement as organisations manage more complex, interconnected systems,” Lawless said.
Regional Focus and Growth Opportunities
Meanwhile, New Zealand remains a central focus of this partnership. Chillisoft has operated in the region for nearly three decades, building a strong partner ecosystem, whereas LogicMonitor has primarily served the market through indirect channel relationships.
“Organisations are placing greater emphasis on resilience and visibility across their digital environments as AI adoption accelerates. This partnership enables LogicMonitor to scale through a well-established partner network, while ensuring partners are equipped with the expertise needed to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for customers,” said Luke Fogarty, Regional Vice President, Technical Services APAC, LogicMonitor.
“New Zealand is an important growth market for LogicMonitor. Working with Chillisoft allows us to scale through an experienced local team, deliver joint initiatives, and more closely support partners and customers,” Fogarty said.
Infrastructure and Future Plans
Looking ahead, LogicMonitor also plans to establish a new data centre in New Zealand, complementing its existing infrastructure in Sydney and Singapore. This move aims to provide lower latency and address growing demand for data sovereignty and compliance across the Asia-Pacific region.
Additionally, LogicMonitor’s Edwin AI system will enhance IT operations by enabling teams to detect anomalies, prioritize alerts, and identify root causes faster. Through Chillisoft’s distribution network, partners will be able to deliver these capabilities more efficiently across the region.
Overall, this partnership highlights the increasing convergence between cybersecurity distribution and IT operations software, as organizations demand integrated solutions for monitoring, resilience, and operational efficiency.
