HostPapa has announced the acquisition of Tailor Made Servers (TMS), a Dallas-based company with more than two decades of experience in delivering dedicated server solutions to businesses and resellers. The acquisition strengthens HostPapa’s dedicated hosting portfolio, particularly under its ColoCrossing infrastructure brand, by adding customizable unmanaged bare-metal servers and integrated DDoS protection capabilities. It also brings an established customer base that relies on high-performance hosting environments.
TMS’s operations based in Dallas, the deal expands HostPapa’s infrastructure footprint in the United States, complementing its existing network of data centers. The addition of a Dallas facility enhances geographic coverage and supports improved performance and redundancy for customers across North America.
Jamie Opalchuk described the acquisition as a strategic fit aligned with the company’s long-term infrastructure hosting vision. He noted that integrating TMS strengthens HostPapa’s ability to offer a full spectrum of hosting solutions, ranging from shared and cloud services to advanced dedicated server environments.
Founded in 2003, Tailor Made Servers has built a reputation for delivering flexible and cost-effective hosting solutions tailored to business needs. HostPapa emphasized that existing TMS customers will continue to receive uninterrupted service, with added access to the broader resources, expertise, and support capabilities of the HostPapa organization.
The company also highlighted its commitment to ensuring a smooth transition, maintaining the reliability and service quality that TMS customers have come to expect. By combining TMS’s infrastructure capabilities with HostPapa’s global reach, the acquisition is expected to enhance service offerings and drive further growth in the dedicated hosting segment.
