GigSafe has announced a new integration with CXT Software, enabling real-time contractor compliance data to be embedded directly into AI-powered dispatch and routing workflows for last-mile logistics operations. The collaboration is designed to eliminate manual compliance checks that often slow down dispatch processes and introduce operational risk. By integrating GigSafe’s contractor compliance data into CXT’s platform, logistics operators can now access live eligibility and risk information within the same system used for daily operations.
Lauren King said the integration addresses a longstanding challenge in last-mile delivery, where outdated or fragmented compliance checks can delay job assignments and create inefficiencies. She noted that embedding compliance intelligence into AI-driven workflows ensures that the right contractor is assigned to the right task without disrupting dispatch speed.
The integration allows contractor credentials, certifications, and compliance status to be continuously synchronized into CXT’s operational data layer. This enables automated decision-making within dispatch workflows, supporting dynamic evaluation of contractor readiness based on regulatory requirements and delivery conditions.
David Pickerell emphasized that the solution removes the need for dispatchers to manually verify compliance for each assignment. By delivering real-time data directly within existing workflows, the platform ensures compliance checks occur automatically, reducing both delays and risk.
The combined solution offers several operational benefits, including automated credential verification, streamlined onboarding processes, and proactive risk management. It also enables logistics providers to centralize contractor data, reducing administrative overhead and improving efficiency across delivery operations.
GigSafe manages contractor compliance across a wide range of requirements, including licensing, background checks, insurance validation, and other regulatory standards. Through the integration, this information flows directly into CXT’s system, where automated actions can be triggered such as restricting non-compliant drivers or routing them for review. Once compliance issues are resolved, contractor status is updated automatically, eliminating manual intervention. As logistics networks become more complex and increasingly reliant on AI-driven systems, the partnership reflects a broader shift toward embedding compliance and risk management directly into operational platforms, enabling faster, safer, and more efficient last-mile delivery services.
