Quadient has announced the global expansion of its Inspire Digital Vault solution in partnership with Solix Technologies. The cloud-native archiving platform, initially launched in Europe and APAC in 2024, is now available across North and South America. Inspire Digital Vault is designed to help enterprises securely store, manage, and retrieve large volumes of customer communications and business records. The expansion comes as organizations face increasing regulatory demands and growing complexity in managing communication data spread across multiple systems, including legacy archives, email platforms, and file repositories.
The solution integrates with Quadient’s Inspire customer communications management platform, enabling a unified, end-to-end workflow that spans document creation, delivery, and long-term archiving. By consolidating fragmented data sources into a centralized system, organizations can improve accessibility, reduce operational overhead, and strengthen compliance.
Lilac Schoenbeck said the global rollout reflects the company’s focus on delivering a unified cloud platform that supports the entire customer communications lifecycle. She noted that the solution helps organizations modernize outdated infrastructure while improving security and efficiency.
Powered by Solix Technologies, Inspire Digital Vault replaces traditional on-premise archives with a scalable, multi-tenant SaaS model. The platform includes features such as end-to-end encryption, audit trails, version control, and high-performance data retrieval capabilities, supporting both compliance requirements and enterprise scalability.
Mark Lee emphasized that customer communications are increasingly treated as governed data assets rather than simple transactional records. He added that the joint solution enables organizations to unify communication and data lifecycle management, reducing risk while unlocking new insights and operational efficiencies.
The expansion highlights a broader industry shift toward cloud-based archiving solutions, as enterprises seek to replace siloed and aging systems with modern platforms capable of handling growing data volumes and regulatory pressures. With Inspire Digital Vault now available globally, Quadient and Solix aim to provide organizations with a more secure, compliant, and scalable approach to managing critical communication records in an increasingly data-driven business environment.
