Rubrik announced new cyber resilience capabilities for organizations using Google Cloud SQL, enabling customers to secure managed PostgreSQL databases through its Rubrik Security Cloud platform. The integration introduces immutable, automated backups designed to enhance resilience without disrupting existing database operations or recovery strategies.

Organizations can also enforce compliance requirements through policy based retention settings, ensuring consistent data protection across all database instances.

The Rubrik Google Cloud SQL integration provides flexibility in storage options, enabling customers to align backup costs with usage by selecting from different Google Cloud storage tiers.
