Liberty Defense Holdings Ltd., a leader in AI-driven concealed weapon and threat detection solutions, announced it has signed a marketing agreement with Gold Standard Media, LLC (“GSM”) and its affiliated companies. The partnership, effective August 15, 2025, is subject to approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Through this collaboration, GSM will deliver a series of marketing and awareness programs aimed at increasing Liberty’s profile within the investment community. These efforts will include digital campaigns, email-based outreach, and other promotional activities. Liberty will review and authorize all materials before they are published.

As part of the agreement, Liberty will compensate GSM with a total of USD $1,000,000, contingent on TSXV approval. Payments will be structured as USD $850,000 upon approval and USD $150,000 thirty days later.
The agreement is set for six months, commencing after TSXV approval, and may be concluded earlier if mutually agreed or in the event of non-compliance by either party. If terminated due to GSM’s breach, all payments made will be returned to Liberty.
GSM and its affiliates operate independently of Liberty and do not hold any interest in the Company’s securities.
