With over 30 years of experience in global cybersecurity and technology leadership, Spinelli will collaborate directly with enterprise CISOs to enhance organizational resilience against ransomware, one of today’s most critical cyber threats.

Spinelli’s extensive background includes senior security roles at major organizations such as Capital One, Tyco International, Equifax, and First Data Corporation. During his tenure at Capital One, he played a pivotal role in the bank’s transition to a cloud-native, digitally driven enterprise, developing cybersecurity programs that became industry benchmarks. In addition to his corporate experience, Spinelli serves on the Cybersecurity Subcommittee of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association Board and on the board of Peapack Gladstone Bank (NASDAQ: PGC). He has also provided cybersecurity and cloud strategy guidance to the U.S. Department of Defense.
