In a strategic move to safeguard national assets, the United Arab Emirates Cybersecurity Council has entered into a pivotal partnership with Rilian Technologies and CPX Holding, aiming to bolster the nation’s critical infrastructure defenses. The collaboration will integrate cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions and leverage advanced technologies from key global partners, including Google Cloud.
As part of this agreement, Rilian Technologies will deploy its Rilian Defense Platform (RDP) in close coordination with the UAE’s National Security Operations Center (NSOC). The RDP will unify, operate, and automate various cybersecurity mechanisms across operational technology (OT) environments, essential for protecting vital national systems.

His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Al Kuwaiti, Head of Cybersecurity for the UAE Government, emphasized the importance of this initiative:
“Over the past decade, the UAE has pursued a vision of innovation to enhance our people’s lives and establish the safest and most dynamic economy. This agreement is a critical step toward preserving that vision by ensuring our infrastructure and digital future remain secure and prosperous.”
With the UAE accelerating its digital transformation, safeguarding its infrastructure has become a national priority. CPX Holding, working alongside Rilian and its ecosystem of partners, will deliver a next-generation security operations framework to the NSOC. This platform will include real-time threat detection, AI-powered analytics, and automated incident response — all designed to elevate the nation’s cyber defense posture.
A key component of this project involves the development and deployment of AI agents tailored for OT environments. Under the Council’s direction, Rilian and CPX will design, train, and coordinate these intelligent agents to respond to cyber threats autonomously and continuously assess risks to critical sectors.
