Throughout his career, Gaffney has held senior technology positions across multiple sectors, including cloud computing, healthcare, logistics, eDiscovery, and security. His professional journey includes leadership roles at major organizations such as Oracle Corporation, Magnit Global, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Condé Nast, Guidance Software, and Ann Taylor.

In that capacity, he oversaw Magnit’s worldwide information systems and led the creation of a best-in-class security program, earning ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, and ISO 27701 certifications.
