Veteran finance executive, Kunal Desai, joins as Senior Vice President of Finance

Nucleus Security, the leader in unified vulnerability and exposure management, announced it has expanded its executive team with the appointment of Kunal Desai as senior vice president of finance, and the promotions of Adam Dudley to vice president, strategy & alliances, and Robert Gibson to vice president of product.

Desai joins Nucleus following a year of significant growth for the company. In this role, Desai will bring his extensive experience in financial strategy and operational leadership to strengthen Nucleus Security’s solid foundation of operational excellence and financial discipline. He will develop a robust financial strategy aligned with growth, while maturing financial controls and governance.

With a career spanning multiple successful, high-growth organizations, Desai has led initiatives that supported hyper-growth, including strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, and capital allocation. Previously, he served as vice president of strategic finance at DNSFilter, where he drove cost-saving initiatives, managed financial operations, and spearheaded the company’s path to profitability. He played a critical role in expanding revenue channels and investor relations, contributing to the company’s continued success in cybersecurity.

The company also announced two newly appointed additions to the executive team. Adam Dudley, who will continue shaping strategic direction and forging critical alliances in his new position as vice president of strategy and alliances, and Robert Gibson, who will build on his track record of product innovation in his role as vice president of product.
