ChaosTrack, a leading AI-powered autonomous cyber response platform, has announced two major leadership appointments to propel its next stage of growth. The company has named David Troha as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Jay Manni as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). These appointments come as ChaosTrack accelerates the evolution of its Simulation-to-Execution Pipeline and expands its presence in the rapidly growing cybersecurity automation market—valued at $48 billion globally.

The new leadership additions follow a period of strong early momentum for ChaosTrack. Enterprises across financial services, healthcare, technology, hospitality, and other regulated sectors have reported, on average, a 50% improvement in response effectiveness using the company’s autonomous platform.

David Troha, the newly appointed CEO, brings more than two decades of sales and growth leadership experience to ChaosTrack. He previously served as Chief Revenue Officer at Silent Push, and has held key roles at Advanced Intelligence, Hubble Technology (acquired by NetSPI), and Polarity (acquired by ThreatConnect). Earlier in his career, Troha was instrumental in pioneering the Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) market during his tenure at Invotas International, which was later acquired by FireEye in 2016.

Jay Manni, ChaosTrack’s new CTO, contributes nearly 18 years of deep cybersecurity engineering experience. Prior to joining ChaosTrack, Manni served as Senior Vice President of Product Engineering at DTEX Systems. He was also a founding engineer and Senior Director at FireEye, where he helped develop the core threat detection technologies that set modern industry standards.

“The cybersecurity industry is in the midst of a massive talent shortage—with over 3.5 million open roles worldwide and breach detection times averaging 241 days,” said David Troha, CEO of ChaosTrack. “Our autonomous AI platform delivers the solution organizations have been waiting for—true end-to-end automation that fortifies defenses, executes rapid responses, and maintains compliance continuously. I’m honored to lead ChaosTrack as we redefine what’s possible in cybersecurity resilience.”

“After years of building large-scale detection and response systems at FireEye and DTEX, I’ve seen firsthand where traditional models fall short,” said Jay Manni, CTO of ChaosTrack. “ChaosTrack’s Simulation-to-Execution Pipeline represents a genuine technological leap—AI trained on hundreds of real-world incidents that autonomously applies validated defense and remediation strategies.”

“Bringing on David and Jay marks an important milestone in our journey,” added Pramod Cherukumilli, Founder and Chief Product Officer at ChaosTrack. “With more than 25 active customers already validating our approach, we’ve proven that our AI can enhance security operations across preparation, response, and compliance. David’s leadership in scaling category-defining companies and Jay’s technical vision make them the ideal team to accelerate our momentum.”

ChaosTrack’s platform offers a unified, AI-driven framework that automates the entire incident lifecycle:

  • Pre-Attack Phase: Executes limitless AI simulations to identify and close defense gaps.
  • Active Attack Phase: Deploys multi-agent AI that triages incidents and initiates rapid remediation in minutes.
  • Post-Attack Phase: Automatically compiles detailed audit trails and compliance reports.

By merging simulation, automation, and execution, ChaosTrack enables organizations to defend at machine speed—closing the widening cybersecurity skills and response gap.
