ATX Defense has secured a spot on the 2025 Inc. 5000 list, making its first appearance among the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The firm entered the rankings at No. 1779, driven by an impressive three-year growth rate of more than 245%.

With the U.S. defense market moving toward mandatory Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance, ATX Defense has gained momentum by offering tailored solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. The company’s approach allows organizations to achieve compliance more quickly and cost-effectively compared to traditional models.

“Three years ago, we set out to address our own challenge—creating a CMMC solution that was affordable, easy to manage, and minimally disruptive to operations outside of controlled unclassified information (CUI),” said Shawn Kotoske, co-founder and managing partner of ATX Defense. “We built something different for companies like ours, and this recognition validates the bet we made.”

Beyond its national ranking, ATX Defense also earned notable placements across several categories: No. 187 in Texas, No. 50 in the Austin-Round Rock-Georgetown metro area, and No. 60 among government services companies.
