TrustCloud has announced the launch of its Continuous Control Monitoring application on the ServiceNow Store, marking a major advancement in AI-driven security assurance for enterprise CISOs. Notably, this solution is the first AI-native continuous control monitoring engine built and distributed directly within the ServiceNow ecosystem. As a result, it enables organizations to seamlessly integrate high-quality security signals into their existing workflows.

With this release, TrustCloud strengthens its strategic collaboration with ServiceNow, following the latter’s investment in the company in 2025. Furthermore, the integration is designed to accelerate AI-native governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) transformation by bridging long-standing gaps between security operations data and risk management outcomes.

At its core, the application synchronizes validated and deterministic control signals with key ServiceNow modules, including Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Operations (SecOps), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and AI Control Tower. Consequently, enterprise security teams can now correlate operational data with risk insights more effectively, improving overall decision-making and governance.

Importantly, the solution addresses several structural challenges that CISOs have faced for years. Traditional GRC workflows often rely on point-in-time assessments, which fail to keep pace with today’s rapidly evolving threat landscape. In addition, organizations struggle to process massive volumes of data, manage complex compliance requirements, and eliminate manual workflows that slow down operations. Moreover, many existing systems produce low-confidence outputs due to reliance on sampled or outdated data.

Recognizing these limitations, TrustCloud introduces a continuous assurance model that replaces periodic sampling with real-time, full-scale monitoring. For example, its hybrid data fabric enables organizations to analyze terabytes and even petabytes of enterprise data across applications, infrastructure, vendors, and documentation. Therefore, security teams gain a comprehensive and continuous view of their risk posture.

In addition, the platform leverages AI-native agents to accelerate time-to-value. Unlike traditional IRM implementations that can take up to two years to deliver meaningful results, this solution deploys directly into existing ServiceNow environments. As a result, organizations can generate actionable insights without the need for complex re-platforming or lengthy system integrations.

Another key feature is its multi-faceted control testing capability. The system analyzes both structured and unstructured telemetry from cloud and on-premises environments at scale, enabling automated validation of technical, process, and documentation controls. Consequently, organizations can ensure more accurate and consistent compliance monitoring.

Equally important, TrustCloud enhances reporting with high-confidence business impact analysis. Its Control Graph connects every identified issue to relevant GRC artifacts, business exposure, and prioritized remediation actions. Additionally, Trusty, the company’s AI agent, performs deterministic checks, validates evidence with citations, and generates auditable remediation tasks eliminating the risk of AI hallucinations.

The platform is already delivering measurable results for enterprise customers. For instance, a top 10 pharmaceutical company increased its application assessment capacity from 20 to 200–300 applications per year without expanding its team or budget. Similarly, a Fortune 500 technology provider has transitioned from sampling-based assessments to full risk surface monitoring, significantly improving the accuracy and reliability of its risk management processes.

“Continuous assurance that is real-time, deterministic, and evidence-backed is not a feature upgrade. It is a different category of product,” said Abheer Bipin, Director of Product and Applied AI at TrustCloud. “Building it natively inside ServiceNow is how we make it operationally real for the enterprises that need it most.”

Overall, TrustCloud’s latest innovation represents a shift toward continuous, AI-driven risk governance. By embedding advanced monitoring capabilities directly into ServiceNow, the company is enabling CISOs to move beyond outdated workflows and adopt a more proactive, data-driven approach to enterprise security and compliance.
