Nomios, a prominent cybersecurity services provider in Europe, has announced the acquisition of Intragen, a leading specialist in Identity and Access Management (IAM). Supported by Keensight Capital, this strategic move marks an important step in Nomios’ growth strategy and strengthens its position as a trusted cybersecurity partner across the European market.

With a strong footprint throughout Europe, Nomios helps organizations protect their critical digital infrastructures across both on-premise and cloud environments. The company’s approach is built around consulting, professional, and managed services. Through its consulting division, Nomios provides tailored guidance to help clients identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks. Its professional services include the design, deployment, and optimization of advanced networking and security solutions. Meanwhile, its managed services ensure continuous protection and operational efficiency through its Security Operations Centre (SOC), Network Operations Centre (NOC), and Vulnerability Operations Centre (VOC).

The acquisition of Intragen enhances Nomios’ capabilities in the areas of digital identity and privileged access management (PAM). Intragen brings deep expertise and partnerships with global leaders such as CyberArk, SailPoint, One Identity, and Okta. The company has received several industry recognitions, including One Identity’s Global Partner of the Year award in 2023 and Okta’s European Partner of the Year award in 2025. Today, Intragen’s 250 experts secure millions of identities across Europe, providing specialized IAM solutions to enterprises in diverse industries.

By integrating Intragen’s expertise, Nomios now offers a comprehensive range of cybersecurity solutions that address every aspect of digital security, from network protection to identity management. This combined strength allows the group to better support organizations as they navigate the growing challenges of digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and cyber resilience.

The acquisition represents a major milestone in Nomios’ evolution toward becoming Europe’s leading cybersecurity advisor. Currently, three-quarters of the company’s revenue comes from its cybersecurity operations, while the remaining portion is generated through its networking business. With the addition of Identity and Access Management, Nomios’ portfolio now spans almost the entire cybersecurity spectrum, equipping the company to meet increasingly complex and emerging security threats. The company’s international growth has also accelerated significantly, with 60 percent of its EBITDA now generated outside France, particularly driven by strong performances in the Netherlands, Italy, and the United Kingdom. This expansion underscores the trust that clients across Europe place in Nomios’ services and expertise.

In addition, more than 55 percent of Nomios’ net revenue now comes from its own service portfolio, which includes professional, managed, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) services. This recurring service model enhances the company’s long-term stability and financial predictability. With Intragen now part of the group, Nomios is targeting an EBITDA of €75 million and a total revenue of €650 million by 2026, reflecting both its strong momentum and its long-term ambitions.

Sébastien Kher, CEO and founder of Nomios, emphasized the cultural alignment between the two organizations, stating that what impressed him most was the value Intragen places on its people and clients. He noted that this approach mirrors Nomios’ own values, centered on employee well-being, customer success, and long-term partnerships built on trust and expertise. According to Kher, combining forces will create new synergies that allow the group to better support customers as they face increasingly complex identity and cybersecurity challenges, opening a new chapter of growth and opportunity for both companies.

Alex Fagioli, CEO of Intragen, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership, saying that joining Nomios presents a tremendous opportunity for Intragen, its employees, and its clients. He highlighted that both organizations share the same commitment to excellence, innovation, and supporting European organizations in achieving secure digital transformation. The collaboration, he added, will accelerate Intragen’s development and allow it to deliver even greater value to clients.

Jean-Christophe Cini, Partner at Keensight Capital, praised the acquisition as a major step forward for Nomios. He said that combining with Intragen adds new capabilities, extends the company’s geographic reach, and broadens its client base, further cementing Nomios’ leadership position in the European cybersecurity landscape.

The acquisition also brings clear benefits to clients, partners, and employees. Customers will gain access to an expanded portfolio of solutions across EMEA, while Nomios’ capabilities in managed services and privileged access management will be significantly enhanced. Both teams will continue to operate under their existing leadership, with Intragen by Nomios initially functioning as a separate entity before being fully integrated as a distinct segment. Employees across both organizations will benefit from new career development opportunities and collaboration prospects within a larger, unified group. The acquisition is expected to close before the end of the month, marking the beginning of a new phase of accelerated growth, innovation, and strengthened cybersecurity expertise for Nomios and Intragen together.
