Actelis Networks, Inc., a leading provider of cyber-hardened, rapid-deployment networking solutions for broadband and IoT applications, announced that it has received an order valued at approximately $0.3 million from a prominent telecommunications carrier in Southern Europe, part of a global telecom group.

The order builds upon one of Actelis’ largest international deployments, which currently manages thousands of network elements supporting business, government, and mobile backhaul services. The agreement includes cybersecurity-focused upgrades to the carrier’s MetaAssist Element Management Software (EMS), enhancements to embedded software security, and ongoing software support to protect against emerging cyber threats.

“This order from a long-standing client highlights the confidence that major telecom operators place in our technology and services,” said Tuvia Barlev, Chairman and CEO of Actelis. “With evolving cybersecurity standards, especially within global telecom networks, delivering secure and compliant solutions is increasingly critical to our customers’ operations.”

The purchase is partly driven by newly implemented cybersecurity standards across the carrier’s parent global telecom organization. Actelis will help identify potential vulnerabilities and deploy comprehensive security measures to ensure that the operator’s critical business, government, and mobile backhaul networks remain secure and compliant.
