Sectra, a global provider of medical imaging IT solutions and cybersecurity services, has announced a new agreement with a major U.S. medical center to deliver its enterprise imaging platform, Sectra One Cloud, as a fully managed cloud service.
The implementation is set to modernize and streamline diagnostic workflows across the hospital’s radiology, breast imaging, cardiology, and orthopaedics departments. By moving to a centralized cloud-based solution, the medical center aims to boost efficiency, reduce IT complexity, and strengthen security—ultimately improving patient outcomes.

“Efficient workflows are vital in radiology, especially with the rising demand for diagnostic exams and limited staffing resources,” said Isaac Zaworski, President of Sectra Inc. “Consolidating imaging across specialties into a single cloud system reduces IT strain, enhances scalability, and minimizes cyber risks. We’re excited to support this medical center on its cloud transformation journey.”
Under the five-year contract, valued at $21 million USD (with $20 million USD guaranteed), the medical center will deploy Sectra’s enterprise modules in stages, beginning with radiology, breast imaging, cardiology, and orthopaedics.

As a managed service, Sectra One Cloud will be continuously monitored, upgraded, and optimized by Sectra, relieving internal IT teams of daily maintenance. The platform’s scalability ensures it can expand alongside the hospital’s growing imaging volumes and future specialty needs.
