As organizations continue to invest in proactive security strategies, Pentera has announced the appointment of Hagit Ynon as its new Chief Financial Officer. With this strategic move, the company aims to strengthen its financial and operational foundation while accelerating global growth and further shaping the security validation market.

As Pentera expands its footprint worldwide, strong financial leadership becomes critical to sustaining momentum. Therefore, Hagit Ynon joins the executive team with over 25 years of experience in financial management and corporate strategy. Most recently, she served as CFO at WalkMe, where she played a key role in leading the company’s IPO on Nasdaq and its subsequent $1.5 billion acquisition by SAP. Prior to that, she spent nearly two decades at NICE, rising to the position of Vice President of Finance. She began her career at PwC and is a certified public accountant.

“Pentera’s AI technological innovation and market leadership is setting it on a growth trajectory,” said Amitai Ratzon, CEO of Pentera. “Hagit’s experience at NICE and WalkMe is exactly the relevant expertise Pentera needs for guiding its strategy and scaling its business to the next level.”

In her new role, Hagit will oversee Pentera’s Finance, IT, legal, and revenue operations, ensuring alignment between financial strategy and business growth. Moreover, her appointment comes at a time when the company is scaling rapidly, having surpassed $100 million in Annual Recurring Revenue and raised more than $250 million in total funding. As a result, Pentera is well-positioned to expand its presence, which already spans over 20 countries.

“I’m excited to join Pentera at such a pivotal stage of growth, with an established leadership position in the cybersecurity market,” said Hagit Ynon, CFO of Pentera. “I look forward to working with Amitai and the team to advance our financial strategy and operational excellence aligned with company vision.”

Furthermore, Pentera’s focus on AI-powered security validation continues to gain traction as enterprises seek more proactive approaches to identifying vulnerabilities before attackers can exploit them. With Hagit Ynon’s extensive experience in scaling global organizations and navigating complex financial landscapes, the company is expected to strengthen its operational efficiency while driving long-term growth.

Ultimately, this leadership appointment reflects Pentera’s commitment to reinforcing its executive team and building a strong foundation for the next phase of expansion. By aligning financial strategy with innovation, the company aims to solidify its position as a leader in the evolving cybersecurity market.
