“The opening of our new Bengaluru office is a significant milestone in our global expansion,” said Chris Schueler, CEO of Cyderes. “This new facility serves as a center of excellence designed to deliver advanced, around-the-clock cybersecurity services to clients worldwide. This strategic investment reinforces our commitment to scaling operations, strengthening innovation, and attracting top talent to support our rapidly expanding global client base.”
At the core of the new facility is a dedicated Security Operations Center (SOC) designed to provide continuous cybersecurity monitoring and response. By combining high-performance infrastructure with highly skilled cybersecurity professionals, Cyderes aims to deliver faster threat detection, more effective incident response, and stronger protection for organizations operating in complex digital environments.
The SOC operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, ensuring constant vigilance against emerging cyber threats. In addition, the facility currently hosts a team of around 100 security professionals responsible for real-time monitoring, threat analysis, and incident management for global clients. This around-the-clock capability allows enterprises to respond quickly to potential attacks and minimize operational disruptions.
Moreover, the office includes several specialized features that support both operational efficiency and workforce development. Multiple secure client-support rooms enable Cyderes to deliver confidential services to global enterprises that require dedicated security environments. These secure spaces ensure that sensitive investigations and threat-response activities remain protected.

Through this initiative, Cyderes aims to cultivate the next generation of cybersecurity professionals while strengthening the expertise of its existing workforce.
In addition to operational and training spaces, the facility includes a 3,000-square-foot collaboration and engagement zone designed to promote teamwork, innovation, and employee interaction. This environment encourages cross-functional collaboration and helps security teams respond more effectively to evolving cyber threats.
“This new facility represents our continued investment in India as a strategic innovation hub,” said Bhaskar Nagasai D, SVP and India Country Head at Cyderes. “By combining modern technological infrastructure with exceptional talent, we are enhancing our ability to deliver scalable, 24/7 cybersecurity services to clients around the world.”
Currently, Cyderes operates five global security operations centers and employs nearly 900 professionals who support thousands of organizations across various industries. With the addition of the Bengaluru SOC, the company plans to recruit more cybersecurity talent in India, further strengthening its global security capabilities.
Ultimately, the new office plays a critical role in Cyderes’ long-term vision of building a future-ready workforce while delivering advanced cybersecurity protection to organizations navigating today’s increasingly complex threat landscape.
