Pulikkathara brings a strong track record of leadership across industries including defense, technology, banking, and healthcare. He currently serves as CIO & CISO for the 81st Readiness Division in the U.S. Army Reserve, overseeing mission-critical IT systems that support nearly 50,000 personnel across 247 facilities in nine states. He is also the founder of GXP Security and has held senior leadership positions at major organizations such as Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard Enterprise, RBC Capital Markets, BMO, AIG, Avanade, Dovenmuehle Mortgage, DataStax, and the U.S. Army.

A recipient of two Bronze Star medals, Pulikkathara is pursuing a Ph.D. in Cybersecurity at National University. His academic background includes an MBA from the University of North Carolina and a BBA from the University of Houston. He also holds an extensive list of industry certifications, including CISSP, CISM, CISA, CDPSE, PMP, ITIL, Azure Fundamentals, and ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.
