Entrust strengthens its senior leadership team with three strategic appointments, promoting Mike Baxter to President and Chief Technology & Product Officer, Patrick Steele to Chief Sales Officer, and Kelsey Holthus to Chief Human Resources Officer

  • Mike Baxter has been promoted to President and Chief Technology & Product Officer. Dr. Baxter now leads all Entrust product management and development teams across its issuance, identity security, and data security solutions. He applies a deep knowledge of AI and post-quantum security to the company’s technology and platform strategy to anticipate future customer use cases. Part of the Entrust leadership team since 2010, Baxter is working closely with incoming CEO Tony Ball to accelerate innovation and product growth.

Steele joined Entrust in 2016 and has deep expertise in global sales and channel development, and building customer relationships.
  • Kelsey Holthus has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer, focused on organization and talent development while continuing to evolve the Entrust culture for the company’s next phase of growth. Holthus has been with Entrust since 2008 where she has been a strong partner for growth in HR leadership roles across the business, with deep expertise in organizational design and development, change management, and compensation.
