According to the Cengage Group 2025 Graduate Employability Report, only 51% of recent graduates believe they possess the necessary AI competencies for the roles they seek. This finding underscores the urgent need for accessible, job-relevant AI education to strengthen workforce readiness.
“Employers need professionals who can combine cybersecurity expertise with AI fluency,” Singh added. “Through our partnership with LinkedIn Learning, we’re making that training easily accessible—helping workers develop future-ready capabilities and enabling businesses to thrive in an increasingly digital economy.”
Infosec’s growing catalog of courses spans everything from concise one-hour sessions to comprehensive 25-hour programs, giving learners the flexibility to upskill at their own pace. The training covers essential areas such as AI and machine learning security, security architecture, advanced technical defense, and threat intelligence, ensuring content remains relevant as technologies and threats evolve.
“Our courses have already attracted more than 10,000 learners in just the first three months,” said Keatron Evans, Head of Product and Strategy at Infosec. “The rapid adoption highlights what employers are telling us—they need practical, real-world AI and cybersecurity training immediately. By integrating our content directly into LinkedIn Learning, professionals can build these skills right within the tools they already use to grow their careers.”
