Transcend has appointed Dianne Decena as its new Vice President of Partnerships, marking a significant step toward expanding its global partner network. By making this change, the company is aiming to assist businesses in creating more robust compliance systems as data environments grow more complicated and spread out.
Decena starts off with almost 20 years of real-world experience in creating and growing partnership programs within top B2B SaaS companies. Throughout her career, she has led teams at companies like ThoughtSpot and Medallia. In these roles, she has gained deep expertise in handling strategic alliances, channel networks, OEM partnerships, and professional services partnerships across regions including North America, Europe, Latin America, and the Asia-Pacific.
Importantly, her appointment happens as businesses are quickly shifting from testing AI ideas to fully implementing them on a bigger level. Even though worldwide spending on AI is expected to hit $5 trillion by 2026, many companies are still dealing with issues around managing and following rules for AI use. In fact, several businesses acknowledge that their compliance frameworks have not evolved fast enough to match their AI adoption. Because of this, companies are relying more on strong partner ecosystems to speed up compliance efforts across different systems and regions.
Seeing this change, Transcend is now focusing on partnerships as a key part of its growth plan. The company wants to build a bigger network to help businesses deal with complicated rules and make sure AI is used in a responsible and manageable way.
“Enterprises are racing to activate AI, but the ones that are winning are building the right compliance infrastructure now, all with the help of the right partners. Dianne has spent two decades leading transformative partner ecosystems, and that’s exactly why we’re thrilled to have her join the Transcend team during this incredible moment in time,” said Kate Parker, President of Transcend.
Additionally, Transcend’s leadership pointed out Decena’s ability to create long-term, high-impact relationships that consistently drive business growth. Her experience is likely to assist the company in addressing the growing need for sophisticated, adaptable, and expandable compliance solutions in the market.
“What stands out about Dianne is that she builds the kind of relationships that drive lasting, repeatable growth. We’re hearing from partners across the market that they want a more modern, scalable, and technically complete compliance platform to bring to their clients. Dianne has the experience to turn that demand into meaningful growth for Transcend,” said Luke Arno the company’s Chief Revenue Officer.
Meanwhile, Decena herself emphasized the growing need for a strong partner-driven ecosystem in enabling responsible AI usage. “Transcend sits at the center of a problem every enterprise is now facing: how to activate AI responsibly when customer data and permissions are scattered across dozens of systems, and how to do it yesterday. My charter is building the ecosystem that makes that possible: the right partners in the right places, that carry the client relationships, the transformation mandate, and the scale. Customers don’t just adopt responsible AI—they win with it,” she said.
Looking ahead, Transcend intends to keep investing a lot in its partnership programs. The company is also growing its leadership team in technology and consulting areas, adding new Director-level positions. In the end, these actions are meant to deal with the growing demand for AI compliance solutions and help organizations grow in a secure, efficient, and confident way.
