Prior to joining Semperis, Belknap held senior leadership roles in federal sales at prominent organizations such as Checkmarx, HPE, Micro Focus, and Oracle. At Checkmarx, he was instrumental in establishing and growing the company’s federal division, significantly increasing the use of application security tools across both civilian and defense agencies. His career has also included pivotal work guiding cybersecurity firms through FedRAMP certification and scaling their federal market presence.
