Pillar Security, a fast-growing provider of AI-driven security solutions, has appointed cybersecurity go-to-market veteran Jenna Raby as its new Senior Vice President of Growth. The appointment comes as the company accelerates its global expansion and responds to increasing enterprise demand for advanced AI security platforms.

Raby brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in scaling cybersecurity companies. She most recently served as Vice President of Growth at Zero Networks, where she helped drive a fivefold revenue increase during her first year and oversaw expansion into Fortune 500 organizations across North America, Europe, and Japan. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade at RiskIQ (acquired by Microsoft), serving as Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Accounts, where she was instrumental in shaping the company’s early go-to-market strategy and international sales growth. Raby has also founded and scaled venture-backed startups and advised early-stage cybersecurity firms through successful exits.
