With more than two decades of international experience, Arora will oversee the firm’s Cyber Strategy & GRC division, guiding organizations through complex regulatory environments, enhancing resilience, and aligning security strategies with core business goals.

Arora has built a reputation as a seasoned cybersecurity and GRC leader, having led transformation initiatives and cyber risk programs across multiple industries. Prior to joining MorganFranklin Cyber, he held senior roles with HCLTech, Perot Systems (now NTT Data), and Publicis Sapient, where he established global practices, launched advisory services, and developed frameworks that earned recognition from independent analysts.

His career highlights include designing scalable governance models, promoting enterprise-wide adoption of security best practices, and enabling advanced technology integration across sectors such as banking and financial services, life sciences, healthcare, retail, consumer goods, and manufacturing. His expertise also covers IT governance, compliance, risk management, third-party risk oversight, and governance for emerging technologies including AI and GenAI.
