GitLab Inc., a leading provider of intelligent and comprehensive DevSecOps solutions, has entered into a three-year strategic collaboration agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS). The partnership aims to broaden the availability of GitLab Dedicated, the company’s single-tenant platform designed to meet the stringent compliance needs of highly regulated sectors and public sector organizations.

With GitLab Dedicated, customers can leverage the scalability of AWS infrastructure while meeting critical requirements such as data residency, system isolation, and private networking. The service is hosted and managed directly by GitLab and deployed within AWS Regions selected by each customer, eliminating the burden of building and maintaining their own infrastructure while maintaining the control of a self-managed instance.

The collaboration seeks to address a growing demand for unified development and security solutions. By integrating DevSecOps capabilities into a single platform, GitLab Dedicated reduces tool fragmentation, speeds up software delivery, lowers operational expenses, and strengthens governance and security standards.

This new agreement builds on GitLab’s existing relationship with AWS, which has already brought secure DevSecOps solutions to diverse industries worldwide.
