Currently available in public preview, the system is designed to process millions of dark web posts daily, identifying potential risks such as data leaks, insider threats, and initial access broker activity with high precision.
The deployment reflects a major shift from traditional dark web monitoring methods, which rely on static keyword scraping and regex-based detection. These legacy approaches often generate false-positive rates as high as 80 to 90 percent, overwhelming security teams with unactionable alerts. In contrast, Gemini leverages advanced large language models (LLMs) and contextual profiling to significantly improve detection accuracy and operational efficiency.
