Today, Barracuda Networks, Inc., a market leader in cloud-first security solutions, has launched a brand new AI assistant within the Barracuda Partner Portal. This latest feature helps enrich searches on the portal and brings new enabling features to the table, which results in saved time and increased productivity among partners. Barracuda is one of the earlier security vendors to take in AI into partner portals to provide this level of support.

The Barracuda AI Assistant makes it possible for partners to have quick access to information around Barracuda solutions, the Partner Success Program, and other portal resources, shortening the time it takes for them to support the customer in ensuring their success.

The AI Assistant is available 24/7 and can reply to product-related questions at the drop of a hat. This fosters better sales conversations between partners and customers or prospective clients. For example, they can question what best discovery questions there are to identify opportunities for application security, key benefits of Barracuda XDR, or what virtualization platforms are supported by the CloudGen Firewall. The AI tool itself references a large portion of all things Barracuda, from the Partner Program Guide to sales playbooks to e-books, data sheets, and more.
