Shea is a seasoned executive with more than 40 years of leadership across space, intelligence, cyber, special operations, and defense transformation programs. Shea previously served as the inaugural President, Chairman, and CEO of Peraton, and earlier as President and Chief Operating Officer of Leidos. Shea also served as the Chief Operating Officer of SAIC and led the separation of Leidos and SAIC into two public companies. As a thought leader in the intelligence community, Shea established the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) and the GEOINT Symposium and has advised four Directors of National Intelligence.
