Pango Group, a holding company that acquires and operates a portfolio of cybersecurity brands, and Total Security, provider of award-winning antivirus protection Total AV, announced that the two companies have merged. The combined company will rebrand itself as Point Wild, a holding company operating a portfolio of cybersecurity solutions for consumers and enterprises of all sizes.
