With over two decades of experience in cybersecurity leadership, Rogers has a proven record of guiding enterprises to maximize the impact of their security investments. Before joining AttackIQ, he served as Vice President of Global Client Success and Support at Cyware. His career also includes senior leadership positions at Authentic8, Cofense (formerly PhishMe), and Humana, where he began his professional journey in internal audit and security. Throughout these roles, he successfully developed and scaled post-sales, professional services, and customer success teams, delivering consultative value to clients.

Rogers joins AttackIQ during a period of rapid growth for its AEV platform. Having witnessed firsthand the difficulties CISOs face in validating security controls, he aims to bring a consultative, customer-first approach to the role. His focus will be on ensuring the customer success team not only represents AttackIQ to its clients but also acts as the voice of customers within the company. Key priorities include reducing risk, improving compliance, and advancing detection engineering for enterprises worldwide.
“AttackIQ addresses one of the most critical questions every CEO and CISO has—are our defenses working as intended?” Rogers said. “I’ve been on both sides of that challenge, as an auditor assessing controls and as a security leader responsible for proving the effectiveness of major investments. AttackIQ’s technology delivers the confidence organizations need. My mission is to elevate the way we support customers, ensuring they achieve success with our platform while strengthening their overall cybersecurity programs.”
