As the newly appointed COO, Edward “Ed” Vasko brings more than 35 years of leadership experience spanning technology innovation, cybersecurity strategy, and entrepreneurship. Over the course of his career, he has built and led multiple organizations focused on secure technology services and cyber resilience.
Most recently, Vasko served as CEO of High Wire Overwatch, a national provider of managed cybersecurity services. In addition, he previously served as the inaugural director of the Boise State University Institute of Pervasive Cybersecurity, where he helped shape cybersecurity research and workforce development initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Vasko held a senior leadership role as senior vice president at Avertium. He also co-founded Terra Verde and served as its CEO, guiding the company to become one of the largest cybersecurity advisory and managed services firms in the United States.

Meanwhile, Mark Dallmeier joins Visory as Chief Revenue Officer with nearly 30 years of executive leadership experience in technology, cybersecurity, and risk management. Throughout his career, he has founded and scaled several award-winning technology and consulting firms while holding key executive roles across the industry.
