Furthermore, the initiative includes a dedicated AI Use Case Lab each month, which serves as a hands-on working session for participants. During these sessions, banks actively explore AI capabilities within a controlled and compliant environment. They review real-world implementations, engage in short prompt-based challenges, and collaboratively develop secure prompt variations. Notably, the sessions also highlight practical applications of tools such as Microsoft Copilot, enabling participants to understand how these technologies can be used effectively in day-to-day operations.
At the same time, SBS ensures that experimentation does not come at the cost of security or compliance. The sessions are carefully structured to maintain strong guardrails around data protection, governance, and risk oversight. As a result, participants walk away with practical outputs that they can directly adapt within their own institutions.
Beyond monthly engagements, members also gain access to valuable quarterly insights. These include an AI Benchmark Report and an AI Maturity Scorecard, both of which provide visibility into industry trends and track progress in AI adoption, governance, and security.
