Nagomi Security has appointed Alexei Rubinstein as Vice President of Customer Experience, reinforcing its leadership team as the company continues a period of rapid expansion. Over the past two years, Nagomi has grown ninefold, reflecting increasing demand from organizations seeking clearer visibility into cyber exposure and better ways to validate their security controls. With this appointment, the company aims to further strengthen how customers adopt and operationalize its exposure management platform.

In his new role, Rubinstein will oversee the entire customer journey from onboarding and implementation to long-term strategic engagement. More importantly, he will work to unify the technical, strategic, and customer-facing teams responsible for helping organizations deploy Nagomi’s platform and translate security insights into measurable operational outcomes. By aligning these functions, Nagomi plans to help enterprises turn exposure management into an ongoing and repeatable process rather than a one-time deployment.

The timing of Rubinstein’s appointment reflects a broader challenge faced by modern security teams. As IT environments grow more complex and fragmented, organizations often struggle to maintain visibility across tools, assets, and security controls. At the same time, leadership teams increasingly demand proof that existing security investments are working effectively. Therefore, Nagomi believes a strong customer experience framework is critical to ensuring organizations not only deploy exposure management solutions but also derive long-term security value from them.

Rubinstein brings more than 15 years of experience across cybersecurity leadership roles, including customer success, sales engineering, and technical operations. Before joining Nagomi, he served as Vice President of Sales Engineering and Customer Success at Morphisec, where he led global customer-facing teams responsible for technical strategy, solution engineering, product adoption, and long-term customer engagement. Through that role, he gained significant experience helping organizations implement advanced cybersecurity solutions and maximize their value.

Earlier in his career, Rubinstein also held the position of Vice President of Sales Engineering at XM Cyber. In addition, he served in senior leadership roles at IntSights and Rapid7, where he helped guide IntSights through its acquisition by Rapid7. These experiences provided him with deep expertise across threat intelligence, vulnerability management, ransomware defense, detection and response, and offensive security operations.

“Over the past two years, our growth has been driven by a real need in the market. Security teams want a clear way to understand where they are exposed and how to act on it quickly,” said Emanuel Salmona, CEO and co-founder of Nagomi Security. “As we scale, it becomes even more important that customers have the right technical guidance, partnership and follow-through from day one. Alexei is the right leader to bring that together across the full lifecycle.”

Beyond his industry leadership experience, Rubinstein also brings a strong academic background. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Communication Systems from Shenkar College of Engineering and Design. Additionally, he earned an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, equipping him with both technical and strategic expertise to guide customer-focused growth initiatives.

“Customer experience in this market cannot stop at deployment,” said Rubinstein. “As cyberattacks grow more disruptive and costly for businesses, security teams need a partner who can help them turn technical validation into repeatable action inside their own environment. My priority is making sure customers are supported all the way through adoption so they can see real operational progress over time.”

Looking ahead, Nagomi Security plans to continue expanding its platform capabilities and global customer base. By strengthening its leadership team with experienced industry professionals like Rubinstein, the company aims to ensure that organizations not only adopt exposure management solutions but also achieve measurable improvements in their cybersecurity posture over time.
