Arctic Wolf has strengthened its executive leadership team by appointing Will May as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), a move that underscores the company’s commitment to scaling its global operations and advancing its mission to end cyber risk. As organizations increasingly prioritize security operations and AI-driven efficiencies, Arctic Wolf is positioning itself to accelerate growth by aligning its go-to-market strategy with evolving customer needs. In this role, May will oversee the company’s global sales organization and all customer-facing teams, ensuring a unified approach to revenue growth and customer success.

With more than 15 years of experience in go-to-market leadership, May brings deep expertise in scaling high-growth software and cybersecurity businesses. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at Pendo.io, where he led global sales and customer engagement strategies. Prior to that, he held CRO roles at ClickUp and senior leadership positions at Zscaler and AppDynamics. Consequently, his extensive experience across cloud, cybersecurity, and AI-driven platforms positions him well to support Arctic Wolf’s next phase of expansion.

Moreover, May has consistently demonstrated the ability to combine operational discipline with a people-first leadership approach. This balance has enabled him to build high-performing teams while expanding market presence across multiple regions. As enterprises increasingly explore AI and agentic AI to enhance security operations and reduce complexity, his leadership is expected to play a key role in helping Arctic Wolf deliver measurable business outcomes for its customers.

“Will is a proven leader with a strong track record of building and scaling world-class go-to-market organizations,” said Nick Schneider, president and chief executive officer of Arctic Wolf. “He understands how to lead through growth, align teams with customer needs, and build durable revenue engines in dynamic markets. His experience across high-growth software and cybersecurity companies, paired with his thoughtful, people-centered leadership style, makes him an outstanding addition to Arctic Wolf as we expand our platform, our global reach, and our impact.”

This appointment comes at a time when Arctic Wolf continues to expand its security operations platform and global footprint. As cyber threats become more sophisticated and business environments more complex, organizations are looking for trusted partners that can provide scalable, intelligence-driven security solutions. Therefore, May’s experience in leading revenue organizations through multiple stages of growth will be critical in strengthening customer relationships and driving long-term value.

“Arctic Wolf stands out as a mission-driven organization with meaningful scale, deep customer trust, and a clear vision for the future of cybersecurity and AI,” said Will May, Chief Revenue Officer at Arctic Wolf. “I’m excited to join the team at a pivotal stage of growth. My focus will be on building a highly aligned, high-performing revenue organization that delivers measurable outcomes for customers while continuing to scale globally. We also have an opportunity to build one of the most AI-native and AI-adaptive go-to-market organizations in cybersecurity, using emerging technologies to make our teams more effective and help customers stay ahead of an increasingly complex threat landscape.”

Looking ahead, Arctic Wolf aims to further integrate AI into its go-to-market and security operations strategies. By doing so, the company not only enhances internal efficiency but also empowers customers to better defend against emerging threats. With May at the helm of its revenue organization, Arctic Wolf is well-positioned to drive sustained growth while continuing to innovate in the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.
