As enterprises face growing pressure to demonstrate continuous compliance and transparency, Drata agentic AI trust workflows are redefining how organizations manage third party risk and customer assurance.

Drata has introduced a new set of agentic AI capabilities designed to move trust management from a reactive process to a continuous and automated system. The announcement highlights a shift in how businesses evaluate and prove trust, particularly as vendor ecosystems expand and compliance demands increase.

The new capabilities focus on two critical areas. Third party risk management, which helps organizations assess vendors at scale, and customer assurance, which enables companies to demonstrate trust through Trust Centers and security questionnaires. By embedding agentic AI into these workflows, Drata aims to eliminate manual processes and accelerate decision making.

“We’re seeing a fundamental shift in how trust is proven and evaluated, with businesses worldwide now expected to continuously demonstrate trust at scale,” states Adam Markowitz, co founder and CEO of Drata. “With our latest agentic AI capabilities, Drata moves beyond AI for piecemeal tasks to fully agentic workflow ownership, enabling organizations to autonomously assess third party risk, service questionnaires at speed, and dynamically deliver trust information. That’s how trust becomes continuous, transparent, and autonomous.”

A key component of the release is the Agentic TPRM Assessment capability, now available to all customers. This feature automates vendor evaluations by ingesting live data from Trust Centers, applying criteria driven analysis, and generating detailed reports with evidence links and actionable insights. By eliminating repetitive back and forth communication with vendors, organizations can scale their risk management programs without increasing headcount.

“Agentic TPRM Assessment will transform how we run third-party reviews,” stated Sheron Chakalakal, Head of GRC at UiPath. “By ingesting live Trust Center evidence and producing criteria based evaluations, Drata eliminates the tedious back-and-forth with vendors and lets our team focus only on real risk ultimately accelerating reviews and giving our procurement team the confidence to move faster.”

“Third-party risk is one of the most pressing challenges for every CISO,” said Scott Roberts, Chief Information Security Officer at UiPath. “Drata’s Agentic TPRM Assessment will fundamentally change how organizations operationalize third-party risk management bringing rigor, consistency, and scale. Using Agentic AI, security teams can run assessments in minutes, achieve a more accurate risk posture across the supply chain, and operate at AI speed.”

Drata also introduced Agentic Questionnaire Response, currently in beta, which automates the full lifecycle of security questionnaires. The system coordinates responses, manages collaboration with subject matter experts, and prepares final submissions while maintaining human oversight for critical decisions.

In addition, the company unveiled AI Trust Center Setup, a tool designed to reduce the time required to build Trust Centers from months to hours. By automatically generating documentation and mapping artifacts, the feature enables organizations to present trust information quickly and efficiently to customers.

Drata further strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Bharat Guruprakash as Chief Product and Technology Officer, signaling continued investment in its agentic trust management platform.

As organizations seek to scale trust and compliance across complex ecosystems, Drata agentic AI trust workflows reflect a broader move toward automation and continuous assurance. By integrating AI into core trust processes, Drata is helping enterprises improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and build stronger, more transparent relationships with customers and partners.
