Viewbix Inc. has announced a major corporate rebranding to Quantum X Labs Inc., signaling a strategic shift toward quantum computing and advanced scientific innovation while maintaining its legacy digital advertising business. The company said the name change, along with a planned ticker update to “QXL,” is expected to take effect on April, 2026. The rebranding reflects its transition into a company focused on developing and commercializing quantum technologies across multiple sectors, including cybersecurity, healthcare, transportation, and scientific research.

At the center of this transformation is its wholly owned subsidiary, Quantum X Labs Ltd., acquired in March 2026. The subsidiary operates as a hub for quantum innovation, bringing together specialized talent and a growing portfolio of intellectual property, including a pending patent related to AI-driven quantum error correction.

Quantum X Labs’ expanding ecosystem includes several portfolio companies working on advanced applications. These range from quantum-based gyroscope chips designed for navigation in GPS-denied environments, to next-generation atomic clocks aimed at delivering ultra-precise timing. Other initiatives focus on quantum-powered simulation tools for engineering and nuclear applications, as well as quantum-enhanced cybersecurity technologies.

The company is also investing in quantum error correction and decoding technologies, including neural-based approaches that can be deployed in cloud environments. In the life sciences space, its portfolio includes efforts to apply quantum techniques to drug discovery, clinical trials, and biomedical research.

This strategic pivot is supported by recent technical progress across its portfolio, including prototype developments, patent activity, and advancements in quantum simulation and error correction methods. Despite its increased focus on quantum innovation, Quantum X Labs confirmed it will continue operating its established digital advertising and AI-driven computing businesses through subsidiaries such as Gix Media Ltd. and Metagramm Software Ltd. These operations are expected to complement the company’s broader technology strategy.

The rebranding underscores a growing trend among technology firms seeking to position themselves at the forefront of quantum computing, an emerging field expected to transform industries ranging from cybersecurity to pharmaceuticals. By aligning its identity with its quantum ambitions, Quantum X Labs aims to strengthen its role in shaping next-generation computing and scientific breakthroughs.
