Red Hat has announced an expanded collaboration with Google Cloud to accelerate enterprise application modernization and cloud migration initiatives. The partnership introduces deeper integrations, enhanced flexibility for workloads, and the general availability of Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization on Red Hat OpenShift Dedicated on Google Cloud, marking a significant step forward in hybrid cloud and AI-driven application development.
This expanded collaboration reinforces both companies’ shared vision of delivering a unified, scalable platform where organizations can build, deploy, and manage containerized, virtualized, and AI applications seamlessly. As enterprises increasingly adopt AI in cloud computing and modern application architectures, the integration aims to simplify operations while maintaining performance, security, and reliability.
A key highlight of the announcement is the availability of Red Hat OpenShift directly within the Google Cloud console.
