Invary has announced a strategic partnership with Carahsoft Technology Corp. to expand access to its runtime integrity platform across federal, state, and local government environments. Carahsoft will act as Invary’s Public Sector distributor, making the company’s technology available through its extensive reseller network and major government procurement contracts, including SEWP V, ITES-SW2, NASPO ValuePoint, OMNIA Partners, and others.

The partnership comes as public sector organizations face increasingly sophisticated cyber threats, including zero-day exploits and AI-driven attack techniques that can evade traditional detection tools such as EDR and XDR. Industry research indicates that a growing number of these attacks bypass conventional defenses and remain undetected for extended periods, increasing the risk of significant breaches.

Invary’s platform is designed to address this challenge by continuously verifying system integrity during operation. Built on technology licensed from the National Security Agency, the solution provides real-time assurance that systems remain trustworthy, enabling organizations to detect hidden threats and unauthorized changes that may otherwise go unnoticed.

Jason Rogers, CEO of Invary, emphasized that modern attackers are increasingly adept at bypassing existing security controls. He noted that the partnership with Carahsoft will help government agencies move away from traditional trust assumptions and adopt continuous validation models better suited to today’s threat landscape. This approach aligns with broader government priorities around Zero Trust security, which focuses on verifying trust continuously rather than relying on perimeter-based defenses.

Invary’s technology has already been deployed in several public sector environments. At South Western City Schools in Ohio, one of the state’s largest K–12 districts, the platform was used to validate system integrity and ensure endpoint security tools were functioning as intended amid rising ransomware threats.

In another case involving a county government in Idaho, Invary identified previously undetected vulnerabilities that had been missed by existing security solutions. By providing continuous visibility into system integrity, the platform helped reduce risk without requiring replacement of current security investments.

As government agencies increasingly prioritize breach prevention over reactive detection, solutions like Invary’s runtime attestation are gaining traction. By identifying threats earlier and reducing attacker dwell time, organizations can minimize the likelihood of operational disruption, data loss, and financial impact With the average cost of a breach nearing $9.5 million, preventing even a single incident can deliver significant value. Invary reports that its customers have seen measurable reductions in risk exposure and improved confidence in their security posture.

Carahsoft’s extensive network of reseller partners and contract vehicles will enable broader adoption of Invary’s platform across public sector organizations. According to Alex Whitworth, Cybersecurity Solutions Executive at Carahsoft, the collaboration will provide agencies with enhanced visibility and protection against advanced and previously undetected threats. The partnership reflects a growing shift toward proactive cybersecurity models, where continuous monitoring and validation play a central role in defending against increasingly sophisticated attacks.
