Cloudastructure  has announced a new deployment in Denver, where it has been selected as the security provider for a five-building multifamily residential community. The agreement adds five new locations to its portfolio and reflects the company’s continued national expansion in AI-powered surveillance and remote guarding services. Under the deal, Cloudastructure will implement its full-stack platform, combining AI-driven video surveillance with remote guarding capabilities to deliver proactive crime prevention and risk management. The system is designed to detect unusual behavior in real time and initiate immediate intervention, including live voice-down warnings when necessary.

The property operator turned to Cloudastructure in response to increasing security challenges such as vandalism, theft, trespassing, and unauthorized activity in shared spaces like garages. By shifting from passive monitoring to active deterrence, the platform aims to reduce incidents before they escalate. According to the company, its approach has achieved a high deterrence rate across existing deployments.

CEO James McCormick noted that enterprise property operators are moving away from traditional security models that rely on static recording and manual intervention. Instead, they are prioritizing solutions that deliver measurable outcomes, including reduced guard costs, lower incident-related losses, and improved operational efficiency. Cloudastructure reports that its customers have seen significant reductions in security expenses while also improving overall protection.

The Denver project also reflects the company’s broader “land-and-expand” strategy. By first demonstrating value at the individual property level, Cloudastructure aims to scale deployments across larger portfolios. In this case, the rollout was secured through a regional division of a national multifamily operator with a substantial footprint across multiple states, creating opportunities for future expansion.

The company’s growth trajectory underscores increasing demand for AI-driven security solutions. Since April 2025, Cloudastructure has nearly doubled the number of locations it protects, alongside significant increases in camera deployments and remote guarding sites. Its platform now processes millions of video streams daily, supporting enterprise clients across geographically diverse environments As organizations reassess traditional security approaches, AI-powered surveillance is gaining traction as a scalable and cost-effective alternative. Cloudastructure’s latest deployment highlights a broader industry shift, where security is evolving from a reactive cost center into a proactive, performance-driven function that contributes to both risk reduction and business value.
