authID has announced a strategic partnership with Formula5, a Microsoft-focused consultancy known for its expertise in identity, security, cloud, data, and AI. Under the agreement, Formula5 will act as both a reseller and implementation partner, helping broaden enterprise adoption of authID’s biometric identity verification and authentication platform. The collaboration aims to enhance identity assurance across key enterprise workflows, including remote onboarding, call center operations, help desk interactions, and ongoing authentication processes. The joint solution is designed to support Zero Trust security models within Microsoft-based environments.
As organizations increasingly adopt distributed work models and cloud-first identity systems, traditional authentication methods such as passwords, SMS-based verification, and knowledge-based questions are proving vulnerable to phishing, social engineering, and account takeover attacks.
