Kaseya has introduced what it calls the first agentic IT management platform, powered by Kaseya Intelligence, marking a significant shift in how organizations manage IT operations and cybersecurity. Notably, this new platform moves beyond traditional AI-assisted tools by enabling systems to act autonomously rather than simply offering recommendations.

Traditionally, IT management solutions have focused on surfacing insights that require human intervention. However, Kaseya’s latest platform takes a different approach. By combining unified data across IT operations, cybersecurity, and cyber resilience with an execution layer, the platform can automatically triage tickets, contain threats, verify backups, and optimize workflows. As a result, organizations can significantly reduce manual workloads while improving operational efficiency.

Moreover, this innovation addresses a long-standing industry challenge. While many vendors have integrated AI into their tools, those systems often rely on incomplete datasets and disconnected architectures. Consequently, they generate inaccurate recommendations that increase workload instead of reducing it. In contrast, Kaseya integrates data from endpoints, help desks, security operations, and backup infrastructure into a single platform. Therefore, it delivers not only insights but also precise, autonomous execution.

“The industry doesn’t need another AI feature bolted onto a disconnected tool,” said Rania Succar, Chief Executive Officer of Kaseya. “What MSPs and IT teams need is a platform that runs their operations – one that sees across every system, understands context, and acts autonomously. That’s what we’ve built. Kaseya Intelligence is the engine. The platform is the operating system. And the outcome is IT that manages itself.”

Furthermore, Kaseya attributes its differentiation to both scale and execution capability. The platform is powered by data derived from over one billion help desk tickets, three exabytes of backup data, and 17 million managed endpoints. However, beyond data, the key advantage lies in closing the loop executing actions, validating outcomes, and continuously learning. This positions the platform as more than just an AI feature; instead, it functions as a full-fledged operating system for IT environments.

In addition, Kaseya unveiled several major updates during its Kaseya Connect Global event. One of the highlights is the introduction of AI-powered Digital Specialists. These agents autonomously manage high-volume IT tasks, beginning with Ticket Triage, which categorizes and routes tickets with high accuracy.

“20 to 30% of our tickets aren’t categorized correctly today,” said Koos Ligtenberg, Business Unit Director, Advisor ICT. “That creates all kinds of downstream issues – including billing inaccuracies. From what we’re seeing in early testing, we believe the Ticket Triage Digital Specialist will eliminate up to 80% of those errors. This is a huge deal for us.”

Additionally, Kaseya announced a Unified Cyber Resilience portal, which consolidates backup management across on-premises, SaaS, endpoint, and cloud environments into a single interface. Powered by AI, the platform delivers intelligent prioritization, automated verification with over 99.9% accuracy, and enhanced compliance capabilities, including FIPS and FedRAMP readiness.

At the same time, the company expanded its cloud protection capabilities, introducing support for Azure Files and planning agentless Hyper-V backup by June 2026. These updates aim to provide broader and more cost-effective protection for modern hybrid environments.

Finally, Kaseya introduced its SIEM solution, designed to simplify security operations. Unlike traditional SIEM platforms that require specialized teams, Kaseya SIEM offers unified visibility across endpoints, networks, cloud, identity, and email. It correlates data from more than 60 sources, enabling faster threat detection and automated response. Consequently, organizations can achieve enterprise-grade security without the complexity or high staffing requirements.

Overall, Kaseya’s latest announcements signal a shift toward autonomous IT management, where AI not only analyzes but also acts reshaping how enterprises approach efficiency, security, and resilience.
