The upgraded version also introduces a gamified interface featuring a CYBX security score out of 100, which rates users’ digital hygiene based on device integrity and cyber-safe behaviour.

63SATS Cybertech, a subsidiary of 63 Moons Technologies, has launched CYBX Version 2, an upgraded version of its cybersecurity superapp designed to enhance mobile safety and digital privacy for consumers. The latest release introduces advanced features aimed at addressing the growing risks associated with everyday digital interactions, including cyber fraud, phishing attacks, and unsafe network usage.

The launch reflects the increasing demand for consumer-focused cybersecurity solutions as mobile devices become central to both personal and professional communication. With cyber threats evolving rapidly, CYBX Version 2 is positioned as an all-in-one platform that combines protection, awareness, and user-friendly controls to safeguard digital activity.

A key highlight of the upgraded app is its enhanced secure calling feature, which now supports up to 50 participants. The feature is designed for confidential conversations and includes end-to-end encryption, prevention of third-party call recording, and real-time alerts if a participant activates speakerphone during a call. These capabilities aim to provide users with greater control and transparency during sensitive communications.

In addition to secure communication, CYBX Version 2 introduces real-time protection against phishing links, malicious applications, and unsafe public Wi-Fi networks. These features work continuously in the background to identify and block potential threats before they can impact the user’s device or data.

Srinivas L, Joint Managing Director and Joint Chief Executive Officer of 63SATS Cybertech, emphasized the importance of building user confidence in digital environments. He stated that even a single cyber incident can expose vulnerabilities in everyday online interactions, and CYBX aims to act as a trusted companion that not only protects users but also encourages safer digital behaviour.

The updated version also introduces a gamified interface designed to promote better cybersecurity habits. Users receive a CYBX security score out of 100, which evaluates their digital hygiene based on factors such as device integrity and safe online practices. The app further includes smart prompts and achievement badges that guide users toward actions like verifying unknown QR codes and regularly updating software.

To improve accessibility and usability, CYBX Version 2 offers simplified navigation, enabling users to scan and secure their devices in just one or two taps. Cyber threats are also presented in simplified language, making it easier for non-technical users to understand and respond to potential risks. The addition of Hindi language support further expands the app’s reach across a broader user base in India.

The app continues to provide protection against nearly 100 cyber threat vectors and retains its virtual “Sound Box” feature, which reads out payment details while scanning QR codes to help detect fraudulent UPI transactions. Additionally, CYBX Version 2 offers financial protection of up to ₹10 lakh against cyber fraud, depending on the selected subscription plan.

Powered by STQC-certified mobile threat detection technology, the platform is designed to continuously evolve alongside emerging cyber risks. Srinivas L noted that the changing landscape of cybercrime requires solutions that understand and guide user behaviour, making cybersecurity an integral and seamless part of daily life.

With CYBX Version 2, 63SATS Cybertech is reinforcing its commitment to empowering users with smarter tools and greater awareness, supporting a safer and more secure digital future for consumers.
