Splashtop has officially introduced a unified IT operations platform that combines endpoint management, security, remote support, and remote access into a single, streamlined console. With this move, the company is clearly expanding beyond its traditional remote access offerings and positioning itself as a comprehensive endpoint management and security provider.

At the core of this newly launched solution lies autonomous endpoint management. This feature allows IT teams to define policies once and automatically apply them across multiple devices, significantly reducing manual effort. Moreover, the cloud-native and AI-assisted design helps organizations eliminate the need for multiple disconnected tools used for patching, monitoring, support, and threat response.

Importantly, Splashtop aims this platform at internal IT teams and managed service providers (MSPs), especially those handling large, distributed device environments with limited resources. Through a centralized dashboard, users can now monitor device health, patch status, vulnerabilities, and remediation activities without toggling between different systems.

Endpoint-Centric Approach

The platform operates using a single agent installed on managed devices, alongside a unified administrative console. As a result, IT teams can centrally manage patching, enforce configurations, and execute phased rollouts. At the same time, the system highlights issues that require immediate attention.

Additionally, organizations are already leveraging these capabilities to replace manual patching processes, enhance controls alongside Microsoft Intune, and reduce reliance on outdated and costly legacy systems. The platform also delivers comprehensive visibility across operating systems, third-party applications, patch levels, and compliance status.

To further enhance efficiency, AI generates CVE summaries by analyzing vulnerability data, release notes, and community insights. Consequently, IT teams can assess risks faster and prioritize patches more effectively. Bulk remediation and proactive alerts also enable teams to address issues across multiple endpoints simultaneously, while still maintaining administrative control.

Integrated Support and Remote Access

Furthermore, the platform tightly integrates remote support and access functionalities with endpoint data. IT teams can instantly review device status and execute support actions from the same interface. This includes diagnosing issues, deploying updates across multiple devices, and applying fixes without interrupting end users.

Notably, the platform also supports mobile and unmanaged devices, ensuring broader coverage. Employees can securely access their work systems remotely, while Splashtop’s advanced codec technology dynamically adjusts performance based on network conditions during sessions.

Bridging Security and IT Operations

Another key advantage lies in the integration of security intelligence into daily IT workflows. The platform consolidates threat signals from leading cybersecurity solutions such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, and Bitdefender. This enables IT teams to directly link threat detections with remediation actions at the endpoint level.

By merging security alerts, patching, and device management into one workflow, the platform reduces silos between IT operations and security teams. It also supports integrated antivirus and endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools, combining security insights with compliance and device health data.

Mark Lee, chief executive officer and co-founder of Splashtop, emphasized the vision behind the platform:

“Today the endpoint is where IT operations and security intersect, yet most teams are still stitching together tools to keep systems secure and running,” Mark Lee, chief executive officer and co-founder of Splashtop. “We built this platform from the ground up to reflect that reality, bringing endpoint operations, security insight, and remote workflows into one operational environment where teams can automate routine work, focus on what matters most, and act quickly. For twenty years, we’ve listened to and learned from organizations that trust us to deliver secure, high-performance remote access and support, and this launch represents an important milestone and evolution for Splashtop.”

Finally, Splashtop plans to offer the platform using endpoint-based pricing and highlights its simplified deployment compared to traditional enterprise IT management systems.
