Celonis has announced an expanded collaboration with Oracle aimed at helping enterprises modernize operations and scale the adoption of enterprise AI. As part of the initiative, organizations can now deploy the Celonis Process Intelligence platform directly on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), building on existing integrations with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. The move is designed to give businesses deeper visibility into their operations while enabling more effective use of AI across critical functions.
The partnership centers on combining Celonis’ process intelligence capabilities with Oracle’s cloud infrastructure to deliver a more contextual and data-driven foundation for AI. By integrating Celonis into OCI-based AI services, enterprises can analyze and optimize end-to-end processes across areas such as finance, supply chain, and operations. The platform acts as an “intelligence layer,” creating a digital twin of business processes that helps AI systems move beyond basic automation toward more autonomous execution.
Celonis co-CEO Bastian Nominacher emphasized that AI effectiveness depends heavily on operational context, noting that process intelligence provides the foundation needed for meaningful outcomes.
The expanded collaboration enables organizations to identify high-impact opportunities for automation and AI adoption, while also tracking value realization over time. It also allows companies to orchestrate workflows across Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, third-party tools, and custom environments running on OCI.
In addition, Celonis can support migration from legacy systems by analyzing existing processes, benchmarking performance, and reducing risks associated with transitioning to modern cloud-based ERP systems.
The partnership reflects growing enterprise demand for scalable, secure infrastructure capable of supporting data-intensive AI workloads. OCI provides the performance and reliability required for such environments, while Celonis adds the operational insight needed to guide AI-driven decisions.
Chris Gandolfo highlighted that the joint offering helps customers accelerate modernization while gaining deeper visibility into business processes on a secure cloud platform. As organizations increasingly look to operationalize AI at scale, the combination of process intelligence and cloud infrastructure is emerging as a critical enabler. By aligning data, workflows, and AI capabilities, the Celonis–Oracle collaboration aims to help enterprises transition from fragmented automation efforts to fully integrated, intelligent operations.
