Transcend has introduced two new AI-powered solutions Agentic Assist and the Transcend MCP Server aimed at helping enterprises accelerate compliance processes and keep pace with the rapid adoption of artificial intelligence. Announced in San Francisco, the launch reflects growing pressure on privacy teams to manage increasingly complex data governance requirements with greater speed and accuracy.

As organizations scale their use of AI, compliance frameworks have struggled to keep up. Industry forecasts suggest a sharp rise in enterprise applications powered by task-specific AI agents, but many initiatives risk failure without proper governance and visibility. Transcend’s latest offerings are designed to bridge this gap by embedding agentic AI directly into privacy and compliance workflows.

Agentic Assist functions as an intelligent assistant within the Transcend platform, leveraging an organization’s existing data map including systems, data flows, and consent records to automate time-consuming tasks. Processes that once took days, such as privacy impact assessments and vendor risk reviews, can now be pre-populated in seconds and completed with minimal manual intervention. This shift allows compliance teams to move from reactive operations to more strategic roles within the business.

Complementing this, the Transcend MCP Server enables teams to manage compliance activities directly from widely used AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Instead of switching between dashboards, users can initiate data subject requests, configure consent settings, and run assessments within their existing workflows. This integration significantly improves operational efficiency and reduces friction across teams.

Together, these tools allow enterprises to automate key compliance functions such as cookie classification, data subject request (DSR) fulfillment, and preference management. By using natural language interactions, teams can identify risks, resolve workflow issues, and maintain regulatory compliance at scale without requiring extensive engineering support.

Security and control remain central to the design. Both solutions operate within each organization’s environment, ensuring no cross-tenant data sharing. Features can be disabled at any time, and all actions require proper authentication, giving enterprises confidence in maintaining governance while adopting AI-driven automation.

According to CEO and co-founder Ben Brook, the goal is to empower privacy teams to move faster without compromising control. By reducing operational bottlenecks, these tools enable teams to play a more strategic role in driving innovation and supporting business growth.

With the general availability set for April 2026, Transcend’s latest launch signals a broader shift toward intelligent, automated compliance where privacy operations evolve from manual processes into scalable, AI-enabled systems.
