As geopolitical risk and supply chain fragmentation intensify, Klear ScoreFX capital intelligence platform aims to give defense and critical infrastructure firms real time financial visibility and control.
Klear Inc has announced the launch of Klear ScoreFX, an AI driven capital intelligence service developed in partnership with Deutsche Cyber-Sicherheitsorganisation and GenLab GmbH. The platform was introduced at RSA Conference 2026, reflecting growing urgency among governments and enterprises to rebuild resilient industrial capacity.
Klear ScoreFX is designed to unify liquidity management, trade finance, and sovereign risk intelligence into a single operational framework. The platform targets aerospace and defense manufacturers, energy infrastructure operators, and advanced industrial organizations navigating increasingly complex global markets.
“CIOs and CFOs now face the same problem: global execution without global visibility,” said Chris Hale, Chief Executive Officer of Klear Inc. “Klear ScoreFX unites capital intelligence and operational execution, allowing companies to manage liquidity, supply continuity, and sovereign compliance as one coherent system.”
The platform provides real time insights into financial exposure across borders, helping organizations monitor non payment risks, supply chain concentration, and contract performance from award to delivery. It also integrates treasury level capabilities such as multi currency operations and automated trade finance structuring, enabling companies to optimize capital allocation while maintaining operational resilience.
A key differentiator is the inclusion of geopolitical risk intelligence embedded directly into financial workflows. By aligning capital decisions with sovereign risk scoring, the platform helps enterprises anticipate disruptions tied to regulatory shifts, cross border tensions, and compliance requirements across allied markets.
Security and governance are central to the platform’s design. According to Dominic Coxinho, Managing Director of the Deutsche Cyber-Sicherheitsorganisation, the system incorporates zero trust architecture, continuous AI driven monitoring, and strict data governance aligned with government and industry frameworks.
“We combine zero-trust architecture, continuous AI-driven threat monitoring, and strict data governance aligned with leading government and industry frameworks,” he said. “Every capital and supply chain decision is enhanced with contextual GRC intelligence auditable, traceable, and transparent for CIOs, CFOs, and CISOs to strengthen assurance and trust.”
Klear ScoreFX is built for deployment across multiple environments, including on premises infrastructure, sovereign cloud, and edge environments. This flexibility supports organizations operating in highly regulated sectors such as autonomous systems, sovereign AI compute, and defense critical energy infrastructure.
The launch comes as global industries face mounting pressure to secure supply chains, manage capital efficiently, and align with evolving regulatory expectations. With expansion into Indo Pacific markets planned for 2027, Klear is positioning the platform as a long term solution for enterprises operating across fragmented geopolitical and financial landscapes.
The Klear ScoreFX capital intelligence platform signals a broader shift toward integrating financial intelligence, risk management, and cybersecurity into a unified system. As defense and critical infrastructure sectors modernize, such platforms are expected to play a central role in enabling resilient, compliant, and data driven operations at scale.
